I have been working at the interface of people, teams and organizations for over ten years and have seen during this time how strongly clarity, structure and good leadership influence the growth and professionalization of a company.
My professional career began in 2013 after a year in America, working for a consulting firm specializing in personnel, leadership, and organizational development. There, I supported companies in training, change and development programs, and team processes, and learned how crucial communication and clarity truly are for collaboration. Alongside my work, I began my part-time studies in human resource management and completed a semester abroad in 2015 to enhance my intercultural competence.
After completing my Master's degree in Amsterdam, I moved into recruiting and worked in the fintech and payments sector, focusing on high-growth companies in the DACH region.
In 2021, I became the first HR hire and then subsequently Head of People Operations, responsible for setting up and developing the HR department of an international management consultancy in Vienna, Berlin and Munich, and oversaw the company's growth from 40 to 100 employees.
I have been the founder of HIRET since 2023.
I support companies in building structures that foster growth: recruiting, roles & processes, leadership, and collaboration. I do this through interim work, joint projects, workshops, or facilitation.
My approach is clear and structured: solutions that work in everyday life, instead of beautiful concepts that are never used.
